Youth Performance Training

Ages 9-12

Movement is a physical language that is expressed on and off the field. During certain years of development, children are more sensitive to learning how to move and move well.  The main focus of the  program is teaching and learning fundamental athletic abilities and movements which are the foundation they are going to build off for the rest of their career in sports and life. There is a heavy emphasis on being exposed to a wide variety of movements and practicing each with the goal of mastery.

Each child in our foundational program will be exposed and coached through a wide variety of movement patterns such as:

  • Bodyweight resistance exercises such as pushing, pulling, squatting and lunging
  • Running, stopping, jumping and landing
  • Crawling and rolling
  • Lateral and multidirectional movement
  • Coordination of hands and feet and using both right and left sides

The best athletes in the world had a great athletic base to build on before they dominated their sport.  Our Youth Athlete Training program aims to help every young athlete build that quality movement base.
